The Shores is a gated, 240-acre master-planned community on the north end of South Padre Island, stretching between the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre. It is one of the few places on the island with a steady supply of new construction. Buyers can choose between new condos in Marina Village, newer single-family homes on walkable streets, or a lot to build on. Owners can also buy a boat slip in the community's private marina on the bay.
